Welcome2Montenegro (welcome2montenegro.com) is run by the W2MNE team ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What the site is
Welcome2Montenegro is a free travel guide to Montenegro. Our recommendations come from our own visits, and each one shows who visited and when. We aren't a travel agency, and we don't sell or book travel services.
Plan your trip
Our trip-planning help is free. You tell us about your trip, and we send personal suggestions based on our own experience. We aim to reply within 48 hours, but we can't guarantee it, especially in peak season. Our suggestions are advice only: the choices and bookings you make are your own.
Information can change
We check what we publish, but places change. Prices, opening hours, routes and conditions may be different when you get there. Prices are shown as ranges, with the date we saw them. Always confirm important details with the place itself before you travel or book.
Hiking, swimming, boating and other outdoor activities carry risk. Our descriptions don't replace your own judgement, local advice, weather checks or proper equipment.
Recommendations, ads and affiliate links
Our opinions are our own and based on our visits. Money never changes a verdict.
- Verified AD: places can pay to be featured, but only places we have visited and would recommend anyway. Every paid feature is labelled as an ad.
- Booking.com links: some places to stay link to Booking.com. If you book through these links, Booking.com pays us a commission, and your price stays the same. We only add these links to places our team has stayed in, and they're marked.

Donations
Donations through Buy Me a Coffee or PayPal are voluntary. They support the site, and don't buy a service, a placement or any influence over what we publish. Payments are handled by those services under their own terms.
Other websites and bookings
We link to websites we don't control, such as restaurants, accommodation and booking sites. We aren't responsible for their content, prices or services. Any booking or purchase you make is an agreement between you and that business.
Our content and photos
The texts and photos on this site belong to the W2MNE team. You're welcome to share links to our pages and to quote short parts with a link back to the source. Please don't copy whole pages or use our photos without our written permission.
Using the site
Please use the site fairly. Don't try to break or overload it, send spam or false information through our forms, or copy its content automatically. Search engines are welcome.
Liability
We provide the site and our trip suggestions free of charge and as they are. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its information. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Corrections
If something on the site is wrong or out of date, please tell us at w2mne@proton.me. We check every report and fix mistakes as quickly as we can.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro.
